First Group Professors of 2003 CAS 100-Scholar Project Come to Work in USTC 2005-08-14     First Group Professors of 2003 CAS 100-Scholar Project Come to Work in USTC In order to push forward the process of building world-class university and attract more talents from home and abroad, the university introduced three candidates for the CAS 100-Scholar Project from abroad. They are Prof. Pan Bi-cai from American Ames Laboratory introduced by School of  Science, Prof. Gong Xing-long from Nihon Dempa Kogyo Co., Ltd. introduced by School of Engineering Science and Prof. Liu Shi-yong from University of Delaware introduced by School of Chemistry & Material Science. The three professors have already been qualified for 100-Scholar Project and come back to the university for work.
