????At the invitation of USTC, Professor Lieber came to USTC for a visit on Nov. 6th.
????Professor Lieber is a fellow of the American Academy of Sciences and dean of the Department of Chemistry with Harvard University. He has published 40 papers in the journals "Nature" and "Science" on nanoscience and is internationally acknowledged as one of the pioneers in the research field. He has been bestowed many awards in recognition of his research excellence.
????A grand ceremony was held to confer on Professor Lieber the title of honorary professor of USTC and after the ceremony Professor Lieber gave an academic lecture.
