????In order to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of CUSPEA Program, the University of Science and Technology of China would like to invite all the USTC CUSPEA scholars to go back to the alma mater and attend the USTC CUSPEA Week.
????The Celebration Week is to be held on June 10 to 15, 2002 at USTC (Hefei). Celebrating ceremony, lectures, seminars and visits will be organized during the week. Special honored guests of Prof. Li Zhengdao, Prof. Zhou Guangzhao, also Vice-President of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and Prof. Lu Yongxiang, President of CAS will be invited to be present at the special week.
????If you plan to attend the CUSPEA Celebration in Beijing first and then go to the alma mater, the university will designate people to welcome you and others in Beijing and then return to Hefei as a whole with soft berth. If you go directly from abroad to Hefei to attend the celebration, the University will cover the flight ticket (economic class) from the first airport of China to Hefei, or a soft berth ticket. For international air flight expenses, you are expected to cover it by yourself.
The university will make arrangements for your stay in Hefei and cover all the expenses of accommodation.
????This Celebration is to be co-organized by the School of Science, the International Affairs Office, the Teacher's Affairs Office and the Alumni Association.
