Just before the start of the Third High-Tech Fair of China, USTC president Zhu Qingshi reported the launching of cooperation between USTC and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, which is based on USTC's scientific and research achievements and Shenzhen's financial preponderance. The cooperation will have as its purpose project transformation and personnel cultivation. The two sides have agreed on creating an incubator for scientific and research achievements as well as a college of information science and technology in Shenzhen. USTC has committed itself to help cultivate top software personnel for Shenzhen. | |
